Pool School was a great experience and has helped my game tremendously. I’m a 4 in the APA and felt right at home among higher and lower ranked players. Since being back, I’ve won my last four matches (against higher ranked players). I had a great time and learned a lot. Allison and Gerda are amazing- great teachers and overall great people. It was very good.

We started with the fundamentals, and moved on to more difficult topics, like deflection and the tangent lines. I’ve used all that I learned in the action packed two days to improve my game. When I’m not shooting well, I now know how to fix it- something I always struggled with in the past. They also gave us great drills to practice on our own, so even after the weekend, I’m able to take instruction from the class and improve my game.

Well worth the money. If you want to take your game to the next level, Allison and Gerda will help you. And they made it fun. An overall great weekend I would highly recommend to any pool player trying to excel to become better. -- Stephanie from New York, attended March 2007

I just wanted to thank you both sincerely for the highly informative seminar that you both presented.I have been working very hard at my new stance and stroking technique that you both worked with me on during the semiar. Since attending your academy, I have put a great deal of effort into changing my stance and getting confident in my new stroke. Just wanted to share with you both my Top Gun award in 8 ball and I have to give all the credit to your weekend academy,personal coaching and most of all, to the amazing BAT system. The seminars really trained me in how a ball performs, how to play for position and the kind of drills I needed to practice to improve my game. I have had several pool parties at my house and my team loves the Bat System, now my secret is out! Ha hahahahahah!!! Our entire team is getting prepared for this session and we will be competing in the State of Maine 9 ball team title, hopefully we will see you in Vegas in Aug! Hey Ladies, I just wanted to thank you both for the most excellent time I had this weekend. I had high expectations, but you guys blew them all away. Being a little shy, and nervous, I wasn't sure how it would go, but I had the time of my life, I hated for it to end. Thanks for keeping it real, and making us fledging pool players feel right at home in your presence. I learned so much, and I met some great people I plan to stay in touch with. I hope to see or speak to you both again someday, I'd ike to share with you, when after all the practice and hard work, it all comes together and my game takes me to a championship somewhere! I attended Allison and Gerda’s billiard academy in June and it was truly one of the most enjoyable experiences of my life. Both women are very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to work with each student, and they were both very encouraging. I guess what I liked the most was the fact that they took the time to find out about us as individuals and helped each one of us with our weaknesses. I also enjoyed the time we spent together away from the table, we enjoyed lunches and inners together just chatting and laughing about our lives. I was just amazed by their friendliness, surely two of the finest pool players in the world ever and they don’t act like they are better than everyone else. I would recommend this class to anyone with the quest for more knowledge about this game, I found out so much in just a short period of time. It will take me months really (maybe years) to analyze and process all they shared with me. I have improved so much because of Allison and Gerda, two of the greatest people I have ever had the pleasure to meet!! I will be sharing what I learned from these fine women the rest of my life, thank you Allison and thank you Gerda!!
